Headstand: 3 Ways In
Headstand: Given some of the challenges faced in headstand, this video is designed to help you and/or your students approach the pose with great potential for success. Headstand is an intermediate pose, and I have offered three approaches for practitioners of this level. If you have cervical injuries, blood pressure irregularities, or you are pregnant please consult a doctor prior to trying any of these. It is always my recommendation that you practice anything new with a professional teacher. Please message me wth questions regarding your practice at [email protected]
