#268 LEGS | QUADS, HAMS, AND LOWER BACK

Just wrapped up another training session this afternoon at the North Miami location. Today was all about legs, keeping it simple with just three movements and taking every working set to failure. started with leg extensions for 5 hard sets to really light up the quads. After that moved into leg curls for 4 sets to failure, focusing on getting a full squeeze through the hamstrings. wrapped everything up with 4 sets of hyperextensions to strengthen the lower back and posterior chain. #strengthtraining #legday #gymvlog #fitnessjourney #naturalstrengthtraining
