#270 CHEST | CHEST FLYS, INCLINE PRESS, AND DIPS
Just wrapped up another training session this morning, focusing on chest. started with 15 minutes of sled work to get the body warm and blood flowing before jumping into the pressing. kicked things off with chest flys for 4 hard sets to failure to fully pre-exhaust the chest. After that moved into incline bench with 135 on the bar for 4 working sets, staying in the 8 to 12 rep range and really focusing on controlled reps. finished the session with 4 sets of dips to failure to completely empty the tank. #strengthtraining #chestday #gymvlog #fitnessjourney #naturalstrengthtraining
