I generally recommend practicing yoga not just on the days when one is in pain and in need of instant relief, but regularly to hopefully prevent or reduce pain in the future. Ultimately, it’s your call. How often to practice: I usually recommend practicing some form of yoga at least three times/ week for my one-on-one clients, more often if it feels good to do so and it works for their schedule, less often if it doesn’t.
