This sequence is for anyone suffering from Endometriosis. There is a lot of pain that can come from Endo such as stomach and digestive issues, nausea, hip and sciatic pain, headaches, etc. This 30 minute yoga sequence will help ease some of these painful symptoms, but most importantly help to ease the mind when it is very difficult to not be negative about your circumstance. This yoga practice is not designed to be a workout, but rather to relieve suffering with slow gentle movement and intuitive focus on the breath and body.
