Welcome to your 30-minute full body workout using dumbbells and a mini band! This session is low-impact — no jumping, no repeats — but don’t be fooled, it’s still super effective. Workout structure: – Warm-up: 5 exercises (30 sec on / 10 sec rest) – Main workout: 45 sec work / 15 sec rest – Cool-down: 5 exercises (30 sec on / 10 sec rest) I’m using 4 kg (about 9 lb) dumbbells, but feel free to choose a weight that challenges you. The heavier the weight or tighter the mini band, the harder the workout — so adjust based on your fitness level!
