I present to you the social area of ​​the 223m² apartment that we designed, budgeted, and managed the construction of. It's located in Vila Romana - São Paulo. Next week, I'll present the private area, so stay tuned. Our clients already lived in this apartment, but it hadn't undergone a renovation in a while. With this project, we sought to bring elements that would create a contemporary feel, harmony between the pieces, life, and a lot of personality. We built everything together with our clients, through a very detailed briefing, creative meetings, and a beautiful project detailing. All of this makes a difference in the final result.
