Traveling between them is a 2 to 6 hour drive. Remote with few services. Bring everything you need for the day. Island in the Sky is the most accessible district and the best pick if you only have one day. 🎒 PLANNING A MOAB TRIP? Island in the Sky is about 40 minutes from downtown Moab. Bring more water than you think you need, get to Mesa Arch early, and give yourself more time than the map suggests.
