I'm excited to offer you this cross-training workout 😊. My favorite sessions combine strength, technique, endurance, and explosiveness. This workout features combined movements with equipment. Here, I'll primarily be working with dumbbells, a barbell, and a kettlebell. But you can complete the entire workout with just a pair of dumbbells. So, it's your turn!
