30 MIN ALL STANDING Full Body Knee-Friendly Dumbbell Workout | NO Squats, NO Lunges, NO Jumping

This may be one of my most requested types of workouts, so today I am taking you through a 30 minute all standing full body KNEE-FRIENDLY dumbbell workout (that's a mouth full!). If you don't have dumbbells, you can still do this workout, however if you do have dumbbells, I recommend you use them! This standing full body workout has NO squats, NO lunges, and No jumping! So, it is a true knee-friendly workout and apartment-friendly :) postpartum and pregnancy friendly strength training workout as well! Try this workout 2-3 times a week and let me know you progress with your strength! I hope you enjoy this workout that will sculpt and strengthen your body! EQUIPMENT: am using 10lbs in this workout but you can use more or less than me depending on what you have!
