This NO REPEAT low impact HIIT workout is a true knee friendly hiit workout with no squats, no lunges, and no jumping. The entire workout is also all standing cardio exercises. Since there is no jumping, this is also an apartment-friendly hiit workout. This cardio workout is perfect for getting your heart pumping without the jumping and pressure on your knees! It is the perfect at home hiit workout that will challenge your endurance, help you build strength, and improve your coordination + mind muscle connection. NOTE: Go as fast as you are able to. I go at a moderate speed during this all standing workout but you can go faster or slower than me if you need! Also, if you need any modification, please let me know in the comments.
