This Is The Dessert I Make When I Really Want To Impress Someone 🍫

This double crust chocolate cherry dump cake has five incredible layers — devil's food chocolate crumble on the bottom, a creamy cheesecake layer, cherry pie filling loaded with chocolate chips, and another chocolate crumble on top. Finished with fresh whipped cream. It looks like it came from a bakery and takes almost no effort. This is day two of Dump Cake Week — and that five layer scoop shot is one of the most impressive dessert presentations you'll make all summer. WHAT YOU'LL NEED 2 boxes devil's food cake mix Butter Cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla Cherry pie filling Chocolate chips Heavy whipping cream for whipped topping #chocolatecherry #dumpcake #easydessert RECIPE — Double Crust Chocolate Cherry Dump Cake Ingredients: • 2 boxes devil's food cake mix • 1.5 cups butter, melted, divided • 16 oz cream cheese, softened • ½ cup powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 cans cherry pie filling (21 oz each) • 1 cup chocolate chips • 2 cups heavy whipping cream • 3 tbsp powdered sugar for whipped cream Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. 2. Mix both boxes of cake mix with melted butter until crumbly. Divide in half. 3. Press half the crumble firmly into the bottom of the dish as the bottom crust. 4. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over bottom crust to the edges. 5. Spread both cans of cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer. Scatter chocolate chips over the cherries. 6. Crumble remaining chocolate mixture evenly over the top. 7. Bake 45-55 minutes until top is set and cherry filling is bubbling around edges. Cool at least 15 minutes. 8. Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks. Scoop dump cake and top with whipped cream. Tips: ★ Press the bottom crust down firmly — it needs to hold all the layers above it. ★ Make sure cream cheese is fully softened so it spreads smoothly. ★ Add whipped cream right before serving and filming — don't add it ahead of time.
