I Saw This Going Viral and Had to Try It Myself… It Did Not Disappoint

Crescent dough stuffed with chocolate chip cookie dough pieces, baked into a golden loaf and finished with a simple cream cheese drizzle. The easiest most impressive thing you'll pull out of your oven — and that slice revealing the cookie dough inside is a genuinely stunning moment. Two ingredients from the refrigerated section, one loaf pan, and about 40 minutes. That's it. WHAT YOU'LL NEED 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough 1 package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough Butter Cream cheese, powdered sugar, half and half for icing #crescentloaf #cookiedough #easydessert Ingredients: • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough • 1 package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough • 2 tbsp butter, melted • 4 oz cream cheese, softened • ■ cup powdered sugar • 2 tbsp half and half or milk Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan well. 2. Unroll both cans of crescent dough and press flat into two rectangles. Flatten tablespoon sized cookie dough pieces and press evenly across each rectangle. 3. Roll each rectangle back up into a log. Place both logs side by side in the greased loaf pan. 4. Bake 22 minutes until starting to turn golden. 5. Remove from oven. Flatten a few more cookie dough pieces and press onto the top. Brush with melted butter. Return to oven. 6. Bake another 15 minutes until top is deep golden brown and cookie dough on top is fully cooked. 7. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and half and half. Mix until drizzleable. 8. Cool loaf 10 minutes. Drizzle cream cheese icing slowly over the top. Slice to reveal and serve.
