Along the way we strip them down to see exactly how they're made—and discover where the compromises are hidden in a £500 shoe. 🥾 The Purdey Grafton boots ‪@JamesPurdeyandSons‬ (believed to be made by Crockett & Jones) take a completely different approach. Instead of a full restoration, we show how a modest budget can transform a quality boot with new Insock, edge dressing, fresh laces and a good polish, while saving the full resole for later.
