Crossfit Open Workout 25.1 2nd Attempt

Mapped out a better strategy on this one. going as the elite do, you lose the ability to really over think and gameplan. This time I opted to alternate right out the gate. I alos did one large and 4 regular lunges to get it in 5 steps. Everything else I kept the same. This yielded an extra 25 seconds comparatively and allowed me to push more at the end. I almost got my goal of 20 of the 27 Burpees. This is a suck fest because you really don't know how much time you will have until the last 90 seconds as to whether or not you've improved. 15 Minute AMRAP of 3-6-9-12-15-etc. lateral Burpees over Dumbbell, hang clean to overhead 50lb, 30ft Walking Lunge 2x15ft. Finished 8+19 RX this time for an additional 14 more reps!
