This was stolen from my first event yesterday, just modified for the class. Goal was to finish sub 7 and just barely made it. Rep scheme was pretty close to the same, just 2 extra reps on the clean while everything is scaled down. 4 Rounds For Time of 18 GHD Sit-Ups, 12 Handstand Push-Ups, 6 Power Cleans 135/95lb. Yime cap 14 Minutes, finished 6:58 RX Unbroken.
