My final skill movements for the week. Just really moving the rest of the week now. We've done stuff like this before, but added the burpees in this time to have 30 reps each. For time 10-8-6-4-2 Wallwalks, 2-4-6-8-10 shuttle runs 2x25ft, 6 burpees. Time cap 18 Minutes, finished 10:30 RX.
