Ingredients Pineapple preparation: 1 pineapple (without skin and kernels, weight: 690g) 1/2 cup of sugar (90g) 1/2 cup of water (120ml) 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (15g) Coconut crumb: 1.1/2 cup grated coconut (I used it in flakes) (150g) 1/4 cup of sugar (45g) 1/2 cup of all purpose flour (65g) 2.1/2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine (75g) Pasta: 2 cups of all purpose flour (260g) 1 pinch of salt 1 tablespoon of baking powder (12g) 3 whole eggs 1 cup of sugar (180g) 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine (60g) 1/2 cup of milk (120ml) 1 tablespoon of essence or vanilla extract Cup measure: 240ml Dimensions of the pan/roaster: 33 x 22 x 5cm Oven preheated to 180°C, for 40 to 45 minutes, test the toothpick, if it comes out clean, you can turn it off and remove.
