It's free for you to use :) Green Chili Chicken: 1 free-range chicken 4 cloves garlic 7 shallots 5 candlenuts 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 slice ginger 3 pieces turmeric 2 tsp chicken stock 2 tsp salt 1 tsp white pepper 1 tsp MSG Green Chili Seasoning: 2 handfuls green chilies 15 curly green chilies 5 cloves garlic 5 shallots 1 tsp chicken stock 2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp MSG Scrambled Tempeh: 1 large tempeh 2 large red chilies 2 large green chilies 6 shallots 4 cloves garlic 2 bay leaves 1 lemongrass 1 slice galangal 2 tbsp palm sugar 1 tsp MSG 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp white pepper 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce 2 tbsp tamarind water How to make (Green Chili Chicken): 1. Blend and sauté the garlic. shallots, roasted candlenuts, ground coriander, sliced ginger, and turmeric. 2. Add the chicken to the cooked spices, then pour in enough water to cover the chicken and simmer until the water evaporates. 3. Heat oil and fry the marinated chicken until cooked through and golden brown. 4. Thinly fry the green chilies (green cayenne pepper, green curly chilies, garlic, and shallots). 5. Remove, drain, and grind with chicken stock and sugar. 6. Fried chicken with green chili sauce is ready to serve. (Stir-fried Tempeh): 1. Cut the tempeh into cubes according to taste. 2. Cut and sauté the large red chilies, large green chilies, shallots, and garlic until fragrant. 3. Then add the aromatic bay leaves, lemongrass, and galangal until fragrant. 4. Add the cubed tempeh to the sautéed spices and aromatics. Then add the tamarind, palm sugar, MSG, salt, white pepper, granulated sugar, and sweet soy sauce. Cook until caramelized (brown). 5. Remove the stir-fried tempeh and serve.
