Crazy Rice: 2-3 eggs 1/2 pack of Kanzler Beef Cocktail sausages 4-6 meatballs 1/4 cabbage 1/2 small carrot 1 bunch of Chinese cabbage 2 garlic cloves, mashed Warm white rice Sauce: 2 tablespoons oyster sauce 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce 2 tablespoons instant chili sauce (use your favorite brand) 2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon chicken stock 1/2 teaspoon white pepper Japanese Bakwan: 1/4 cabbage 1/2 carrot 1/2 handful green beans 1/2 handful bean sprouts 1/2 onion 1/2 spring onion 3 tablespoons medium-protein flour 3 tablespoons cornstarch / potato starch 7 pieces of Kanzler Beef Cocktail 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon mushroom stock 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 100ml cold water (add a little more if needed) How to Make (Crazy Rice): 1. Wash and chop the vegetables and sausages. 2. Stir-fry the vegetables and sausages with a mixture of oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, and soy sauce, and season with sugar and white pepper. 3. Cook until the vegetables are cooked through. 4. Serve with warm rice. (Japanese Bakwan): 1. Wash and chop all the vegetables and sausages. 2. Combine the flour, potatoes, mushroom stock, white pepper, and salt. Stir the vegetables until they are combined with the flour mixture. 3. Fry in medium-hot oil until golden brown. 4.
