The color of shrimp dumplings is white and crystal clear, the shape of the dumplings is beautiful, the texture of the skin is flexible, and the filling is delicious. —————————— 位于广州市龙津西路泮溪酒家对面"云津苑"内，为明清建筑风格。文塔高13米，为六角形金字尖顶砖木结构，塔底每面宽2.5米，塔高二层，塔门向北，门首有"南轴"石匾，二楼窗顶上方嵌有"云津阁"石匾。塔基座为石砌，塔身为东莞大青砖所砌，塔尖顶部有陶瓷葫芦，高达2米。在文塔周围，本是河涌遍布，荔枝树丛生，花艇游弋，如今变成十里通衢的花街，文塔静立其间。文塔建于何年待考，不过附近的老居民都说建于明末清初，据说与仁威庙同样是典型的明清建筑风格。塔不高，建筑也算不得精美，比起仁威庙的华丽雕刻，实在不起眼，可是却让人越看越觉得古味盎然，简朴中透露着灵气…… 根据民间传说，文塔是供奉魁星（亦称文曲星），掌握文人骚客功名命运的神塔。文曲星手执一笔，谁被此笔点中，便可高中进士、举人等科举功名。所以，文塔的建筑外观酷似一支笔尖向上的形状。在旧时代，一个人要成就功名伟业，有两种较为理想的途径，即"文人走笔安天下，武士上马定乾坤"。因此佑助"文人走笔"的文塔也极似"功名塔"，是荣誉和梦想的象征，是书香门第和深阁雅斋执卷拈笔之人的福贵塔。 文塔，见证着荔湾的历史，荔湾确实不断诞生文人雅士。泮塘也成为岭南文化风俗的发源地，成为游客领略西关风情的闻名旅游点。文塔旁边就是西关上支涌畔。以往，每逢端午节时，远道赶来或近守家门的"老广州"们，还可在文塔附近观赏到泮塘乡民在生龙活虎、激烈亢奋中精彩演绎的龙舟竞渡…… It is located in "Yunjin Garden" opposite to Panxi Restaurant on West Longjin Road, Guangzhou, with architectural style of Ming and Qing Dynasties.
