We're continuing our Virago project at full speed! In this episode, we're finally disassembling the engine completely. After removing the front and rear wheels, almost only the chassis and engine remain. 🔧🏍️ From this point on, the Virago will be nothing like its old self. We're removing and separating the parts destined for painting one by one, preparing them for the transformation. Each part is crucial for the tough, black, and characterful custom look the motorcycle will acquire in the future. But of course, there are no surprises in the workshop! Our inner tube bursts during the disassembly, and things get even more exciting for a short time. 😄 In this video, we're not just disassembling. We're also making a custom license plate holder for the Virago. We're sharing the design we envisioned, the ideas we came up with, and the welding process step by step. This part, made by hand, will add a much more custom and unique look to the rear of the motorcycle.
