Healthy Fusion⭕    / @healthyfoodfusion   Food Fusion Kids⭕    / @foodfusionkids   Serves: 4-5 Recipe in English Ingredients: Prepare Filling: -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp -Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp -Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 2 -Matar (Peas) ½ Cup -Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tsp or to taste -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Chaat masala 1 tsp -Aloo (Potato) boiled 1 medium -Chana daal (Split Bengal gram) boiled 1 Cup -Lemon juice 1 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful -Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 1 kg -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful -Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 5 tbs -Cornflour ¼ Cup -Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp -Cooking oil (for frying) as required -Cornflour as required Assembling: Street style dahi as required Khatti meethi imli ki chutney as required Green chutney as required Pyaz (Onion) Rings Purple cabbage Chaat masala as required Papri as required Hara dhania (fresh coriander) Chopped Direction: Prepare Filling: -On a griddle, add cooking oil, heat it, add zeera, ginger, green chillies, mix well, fry for a minute. -Add peas, mix well, sauté on medium flame for 3-4 minutes. -Add pink salt, coriander, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chat masala powder, mix well, cook on medium flame for a minute. -Add boiled potato & boiled chana daal, mash potato well & chana daal coarsely. -Squeeze half of lemon juice, fresh coriander, mix well, filling is ready, let it cool completely. -In a bowl, add potatoes, mash well, chop fresh coriander & add in mashed potatoes. -Add rice flour, corn flour, pink salt, mix well. -Take 100g of potato mixture, make a ball then press with your thumb to make a cavity. -Add prepared filling (2 tbs), stuff well & make tikki. -On a griddle, add cooking oil, heat it, coat prepared tikki with cornflour & add in the heated oil. -Fry on medium flame for a minute each side, now flatten it & fry on high flame until golden from both sides. Assembling: -In a serving plate, add fried tikki, street style dahi, khatti meethi imli chutney, green chutney, onion rings, purple cabbage, chaat masala, papri, & fresh coriander.
