We stayed for two days, long enough to realize that the selection of restaurants and hotels is much greater than in Cahuita. It's the perfect spot for those who enjoy a bit more nightlife while still being just steps away from the lush jungle. 📍 Our itinerary for these two days: Day 1: Playa Cocles. A huge and vibrant beach, renowned for its surf spots. The atmosphere is super relaxed, perfect for dropping your bag and admiring the waves (and trying to capture their power on video!). 🏄‍♂️ Day 2: Punta Uva. For us, this is one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. The water is calmer, a magnificent turquoise, and the rocky point offers incredible views of the coast. A truly picture-perfect setting. 🏝️ Vibe & Food: We took advantage of the diverse culinary scene in the town center. From traditional sodas to more modern restaurants, we really enjoyed ourselves! 🌴 Puerto Viejo vs. Cahuita?
