The original location was closed, and only the Migeum branch, which has been in operation since 2004, remains. This ramen restaurant has been around for over 20 years. Since there are many schools nearby, students used to eat ramen and write on it during their school days. Many people return after graduation, get a job, get married, and bring their children to this romantic snack bar. I figured it would be more crowded on weekdays, so I visited around 3 PM on a weekend to gauge the atmosphere. Luckily, I was able to film with the owner's permission. They say ramen tastes best when someone else makes it for you. The owner's 21 years of experience in ramen cooking combined with his culinary expertise resulted in a truly delicious bowl of ramen. With a whopping 14 different toppings and adjustable spiciness levels from 1 to 7, you can enjoy a variety of ramen to suit your taste. Every ramen order comes with one free topping and a bowl of rice, perfect for dipping, making it a satisfying meal. The kimbap and kimchi pancakes, which taste even better when paired with the rice, were also excellent.
