This restaurant was at the top of Kwangmanito's must-eat list, so I'd been wanting to visit, and finally, I did. And it was 3 a.m., dark and quiet, during a downpour. Oh my. Thanks to the rainy weather, the udon and noodles, with their warm broth and chewy noodles, felt even more perfect together. It was a weekend night, so there were more customers than usual, but I waited until the busy time passed and was able to enter at the perfect time. Since it was a meal after a long fast, I was able to relax and enjoy everything I wanted. Oh my. There was a small mishap because it was so early in the morning, but thanks to that, I think the memories of that day will remain vivid for a long time.
