This pregnancy yoga flow is under 15 minutes meaning that you can squeeze it in to even the busiest of days or if you lack motivation then its only 11 minutes of exercise to commit to! These hip opening pregnancy stretches will really help to prepare the body for a natural labor if that is what you are aiming for.
