Pilots make massive mistake. 60 die as a result.
The preliminary report is out on the Voepass flight 2283 crash in Brazil last August 3rd 2024. The pilots made several questionable decisions and failed to act when a deice boot system stopped working. They flew into severe icing conditions and crashed the aircraft as a result killing all 60 passengers in the fatal airline accident in the ATR 72 500.
