We're back over at our Old Fort site prep project this week where you've watched us take this property from demolition cleanup to lot clearing, septic installation, and now we're finishing up the utilities while building the cover for the outdoor entertainment area. It's been awesome bringing you all along from the very beginning, and we're getting closer and closer to turning this property over for the next phase. I head out of there and get a call from a man we recently worked for who's understandably upset after someone hit his well… From there, we're checking in over at Rhinehart's where the service department is staying busy getting equipment in, repaired, and back out the door. Brittany's also working on pricing new mowers and getting the showroom stocked up for customers. Back at the site prep job, Ethan and the crew think they're just waiting on the plumber so everything will be ready for the next day's inspection, only to find out the plumber who showed up was there to quote the job, not start on it. To wrap up the day, we're back at another project you all haven't seen in a while. This is the property where we installed the septic system and built the walking path, and now the customer is finally ready to start prepping for the house site. Thankfully we've got our CHCNAV GPS system from Benchmark Tool & Supply to make excavation and site prep faster and more accurate on this steep lot. Check out the CHCNAV system here 👉 https://benchmarksupply.com/pages/ben...
