We're kicking this week off back at a property you all have seen us working at off and on for years now. The crew is getting some additional drainage installed and cleaning things up around the property for the GC. I leave the guys there and head out to check on a new demolition lead for a single-wide trailer that's definitely seen better days. After looking everything over and figuring out the plan of attack, I head back to check in with the crew who’s doing their best to keep things moving through the rain. From there, I'm meeting the well driller over at the tiny home and RV site project you've been following recently. The quick change in plans from one tiny home to multiple RV sites has created a tricky situation when it comes to finding the right location for the well. Understandably, these customers are ready to get past the expenses and start seeing everything come together so they’re not too happy with the costs. 😅 Then it's time to get that demolition job started. Ethan and Gaspar get after the mobile home and make quick work of tearing it down, thanks to American Dumpster Co. for helping us get everything hauled out.
