Sólo puedes comer 1 único alimento

❓ What would happen if we only ate one type of food? ✅ Is it possible to survive? What would be the best choice? If you had to choose a single food to last 5 years, survival wouldn't depend so much on calories as on the nutritional gaps that would eventually take their toll. The video compares typical dietary options and explains why almost all of them fail in the long run. Lean meat would lead to "rabbit starvation," so if you choose meat, it should be fatty meat: it's the most complete source of energy and protein, and there's even a year-long experiment where people ate only fatty meat without serious deficiencies. Even so, the very long-term effects are unclear. Potatoes are surprising in how far they can take you: they provide many minerals and vitamins (including vitamin C) and give you energy, but they're lacking in essential fats, several fat-soluble vitamins, and their protein is incomplete, so you'd end up deteriorating over time. Bread and rice will sustain you for a while with carbohydrates, but they're doomed by a lack of key vitamins (especially vitamin C), and fruit, even a "good" one like a banana, falls short due to a lack of protein and fat; avocados improve the fat content, but don't address the essentials. Fish and legumes fall somewhere in between: you can avoid some problems if you use raw fish, but deficiencies still appear that, sooner or later, will take their toll. And above all, there's the human element: even if something keeps you alive, repeating it for months activates specific sensory satiety and turns dieting into torture. Ultimately, the video isn't about "the perfect food," but about why it doesn't exist: surviving for quite some time with certain choices is possible, but living well—and for years—requires variety, even if it's minimal.
