Split #1 Second Deep - (6/17/26)

I procrastinated for like three weeks in coming back to inspect the hives and install a second deep box in Split #1. They seemed like they are doing great! All frames covered, working on the last one(s), good brood pattern, and good stored resources. I had a little oops while installing the second deep box; almost forgot to put some brood frames up there to stimulate them. Max it’s an outside cat that appeared in the property a little bit before past winter, we feed him daily a couple times and he sleeps anywhere including under the house. There’s a female cat (Kitty Cat) that was here before him but has been a month or so that I don’t see her at feeding time or during the day/night. #beekeeping #beekeeper #beelife #honeybeesting #inspection #spring #split #hives #honey #honeybeesting
