【ブリティッシュヒルズ】標高1000mこんな所にイギリス⁉︎【海外体験】Relaxing in the English countryside…in Fukushima!【British Hills】

This time we enjoyed a relaxing getaway at British Hills on their Country Stay Plan, designed to recreate a relaxing trip to a cosy British country estate. British Hills is situated at around 1000m above sea level in the mountains of Tenei Village, Fukushima. Almost all of the buildings and furniture is imported from the UK and English is the lingua franca on site. An English education facility and hotel, it also has plenty to do on a day-trip, such as the tea room, pub and shop. Enjoy an English escape in Japan! Many staff also speak Japanese - just ask for help if you need it! Most British Hills plans feature a luxurious course dinner served in the refectory, a dining hall with strong Harry Potter vibes. But on the Country Stay Plan, which is limited to weekends only, you can enjoy dinner in the Ascot Tea Room. Usually only open during the day, it is the place to go for delicious tea, cakes, and of course Afternoon Tea. For breakfast we upgraded to an English Breakfast, and were seated on the Royal Balcony in the refectory. There was so much food it almost didn't fit on the table!
