Hello everyone, On our final of these two videos we've filmed for you all during the 2021 Christmas season, I've decided to make my favourite Zelnik, Zelnik so Tikva! This is a favourite of mine from when my mom would make it for me and my brother, and we would all enjoy it. The pumpkin zelnik is more of an appetizer then a full meal as its already naturally sweet, its great to serve before a meal or alone as a snack. And you can't forget the belo sirenje! I've preserved this old recipe from my village and am happy to share it all with you here, I hope you all get to try it one day.
