Hello everyone, Welcome to another episode of Afternoons with Baba! Today I will be showing you my recipe for Macedonian Vieno, as well as a recipe for the desert sugar vieno as well. Vieno is like a spiral cheese pie, made with layers of thin phyllo dough and it has many names in Macedonian; Vieno, Maznik, Kora, Banitsa, and Pita. We had done this recipe for our first ever video on my channel, but it was combined with my Zelnik recipe; so we wanted to do it again for you all in a separate video.
