In 2019, she won the Oyabu Haruhiko Prize and the Mystery Writers of Japan Award for "Frozen Sun," and in 2022, she won the Watanabe Junichi Literary Prize for "Scorching Heat." Her works "Scream" and "The Tragedy of the W Prefectural Police" were adapted into TV dramas, and "Lost Care" was made into a film, garnering acclaim.
