If you feel wrist pain when you're on your hands and knees in yoga (like in tabletop position, plank, or downward facing dog), here are some options and modifications to try to help ease that pain so you can better enjoy your yoga practice. The good news is that as you build strength, not only in the wrists but in the arms, shoulders, and upper back, your wrist discomfort should ease up.
