"Katsuhide." This is a long-established Japanese confectionery shop run by a married couple. It was amazing to see them divide the an-dama (balls of sweet bean paste) evenly without using a scale, and carefully and quickly apply the young sweetfish pattern to each one! The scene where the couple worked together to efficiently wrap the warabi-dama was particularly memorable. They said, "I loved drawing as a child," so I realized that they really loved making things from an early age. Perfect as a snack to relax at home, or as a gift for a loved one.
