[HD] NYSW 3040 Utica Branch to Binghamton Move

NYSW GP40 #3040 (Ex-AWP #732, Ex-SBD #6652, Ex-CSX #6652) A rare move from Utica to Binghamton, NY took place on April 17th, 2018 as NYSW 3040 moved down the Utica branch. 3040 is in need of heavy maintenance and inspection and Utica does not have the shop capabilities to do so. Since Binghamton does, a Utica branch move was made. Yes, April and its still snowing. Trust me, we're getting pretty fed up.
