材料: 豬扒 兩件 醃料: 鹽 一茶匙 糖 兩湯匙 燒酒 一茶匙 炸粉: 麵粉 三湯羹 鷹粟粉 三湯羹 雞蛋 兩隻 白飯(最好隔夜) 兩碗 甘筍 兩條 粟米 一支 綜合芝士 適量 製作茄醬步驟: 蕃茄 四個 切件 洋蔥 一個 切碎 喼汁 一茶匙 茄醬 兩湯匙 碎蕃茄連茄醬罐頭 一罐 花奶 少許 先將洋蔥炒香,下茄醬爆香, 跟著下茄醬 及碎蕃茄連茄醬罐頭, 最後用喼汁 糖 鹽 少許花奶 調味, 即成 港式風味茄醬
