In this video, I visit "Taimu," a live fish restaurant specializing in sea bream located in Dotonbori, Minami, Osaka, and closely observe how they handle sea bream and prepare a course menu of sea bream dishes. The fish tank in the restaurant, which was designed in the image of the deep sea, is very unique, and I personally have always wanted to visit this restaurant. The craftsman who showed up at the restaurant was really skilled, and the way he handled the live sea bream was just as good as the way he did it. He was a very skillful chef who made me feel professional in all the cooking processes such as sashimi and tempura. Of course, the taste of all the dishes was delicious, too.
