The TRAGIC Native American Massacres of the Battle of Fort Utah

In this video we explore one of Utah’s most tragic and forgotten stories — the Utah Valley Massacres, also known as the Battle of Fort Utah. I'm a Native American and Latter-day Saint, and this story has stuck out to me. So I wanted to go to the sites of Battle Creek, Rock Canyon, West Mountain, and explore where dozens of Timpanogos men, women, and children were killed in the winter of 1850. This video explores the clash between starving pioneer settlers and Indigenous tribes, revealing how desperation, fear, and faith collided on the same sacred land we live on today.
