Fancy pants Bread that doesn't cost a fortune

a few of you asked me to make the sun dried tomatoes/rosemary & garlic fougasse bread (a french cousin of the focaccia) so here it is, artisan bread on a budget. This probably would cost £5 or more at Borough Market in London or any artisan bread stall in the country. Amazingly each loaf cost just a whopping 32p each!!! 96p in total. I didn't have to pay for the rosemary as that came from my allotment, which was lucky so if you did have to buy some rosemary it wouldn't be a huge spike in overall cost (fresh cut herbs in lidl cost 59p at the moment) I would like to try more fancy pants bread in the future so will keep an eye out for good recipes (thanks to all who have pointed me in the direction of some great youtube baking bread channels!), if you know any let me know!!
