You will perform various movements to activate the arches and strengthen the muscles. Stretching and strengthening the soles of the feet: This exercise aims to stretch the soles of the feet while simultaneously developing strength in the feet. You will assume a stable position and apply targeted pressure to specific points on your foot. Single-leg balance exercise: In this exercise, you will train your balance on one leg by swinging the other. This not only strengthens the glutes but also improves your stability and overall balance.
