I believe most ladies out there love anything that's chewy and QQ texture like pearls right? Cause I'm a hardcore fan of bubble tea and anything chewy basically. Therefore, these sweet potato balls works the same way when I needed something that's chewy and sweet! Today's recipe is one of my favourite dessert that originates from Taiwan Jiufen (台灣九份） 三色芋圓地瓜圓食譜，do we call it three-coloured sweet potato balls? I changed the Taro balls to pumpkin balls instead, but my recipe works for Taro balls too, so no worries Taro fans! Sweet potato balls can be kept in freezer for up to a month.
