It could be done by itself, but I designed it to be after another workout so your body is warm. This series is short box abs and we are using the pilates ring for a little extra abdominal and oblique activation in this workout. Equipment: Pilates Ring All level classes are designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced individuals because the class can be altered to your own fitness level, whether it’s using heavier or lighter springs, dumbbells, modifying the exercise or just stretching.
