Abdominal crunches press the shoulder rests for that added resistance and plank variations. This workout will definitely fire up those core muscles Equipment Mini Ball Make this a 50 minute workout by adding Reformer #133 | Lower Body Glutes Advanced classes are designed for those that have been doing Pilates for a while, have a solid foundation of the basic exercises and have been doing the intermediate classes. These workouts have exercises that are more creative and challenging to get into, with more reps and harder springs. Advanced classes require more balance and coordination as we will be standing or kneeling on the machines.
