PART 2: Running Version 1 for the first time. Estimate stick-fixed neutral point.
Improvisation Design of an LSA using SURFACES 2.8. The complete series shows how to design an aircraft in an relatively improvised fashion, using the right tool. In particular, Part 2 shows initial flow solutions obtained using the aircraft design software Surfaces Pro, version 2.8.62. Additionally, groups are created and the stick-fixed neutral point is determined. This model will be investigated and reshaped as necessary, such it will meet some very fundamental capabilities. This includes meeting specific regulations per 14 CFR Part 1.1 and the approved ASTM F2245 standard.
