One of the foods that went viral was Brulee Bomb, a type of cheese croquette dipped in chili sauce and cheese sauce. Croquette or better known in Indonesia as kroket, is a potato-based food coated in breadcrumbs and fried. The texture is crispy on the outside with melted cheese inside. Heat a pan, saute mushrooms with olive oil until dry then add grated onions and sausages then saute again until browned, set aside 2. Melt the butter, add flour then stir until evenly mixed 3. Pour in milk and cream while continuing to stir, season with sugar, salt, pepper, and nutmeg then cook until thickened 4. Add the sauteed mushrooms and parmesan cheese then stir well, set aside and let cool 5. Once cool, add the mozzarella cheese, stir well and pour into a tray then cover with cling wrap and store in the refrigerator / freezer 6. For the coating, mix eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper then stir until smooth 7. After the dough is solid, wet your palms then round them and roll them in flour and put them in the wet flour mixture, stir until the surface is all coated then roll them in bread crumbs until smooth, do this until the dough runs out 8. Heat oil, fry the brulee bomb until golden brown 9. Mix well and set aside to cool. 5. After the mixture cools down, add the mozzarella cheese. Steer and transfer into a tray. 6. For the coating, combine the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 7. After the mix has set, wet your hands and shape it into balls. Roll the balls in flour and dip into the wet batter until the surface is perfectly coated. Roll the coated Croquette balls into the breadcrumbs until they are fully coated. Repeat until the Brulee mix is finished. 8. Heat some oil and fry the Brulee Bomb until golden brown. 9.
