A Day In The Life with Poppa Wahoo

Enjoy this day with us from our trip to sea for the Helm to Hearth culinary weekend! We had our Captain/Chef Chef Ritchie on board preparing lunch for the anglers and crew. He frequently works alongside the fleet's captains to prepare "dock-to-dish" meals right on the boat using the day's fresh catch. Helm to Hearth is an immersive, annual culinary weekend event hosted at the Three Waters Resort & Marina in Islamorada, Florida. The second annual event took place on April 17–19, 2026.
